Nations Business Group was formed to meet the needs of small to mid-sized companies, and the smaller divisions of large corporations. We provide assistance in areas of Finance, Mergers, Divestitures, Acquisitions and CEO advisory services. Nations Business Group is unique among today's business consulting firms in providing these services with the same one-on-one intimacy once offered only by major consulting firms to large corporations. We began delivering these services to the small to mid-size business community in 1992 and we continue to evolve to meet the emerging challenges of today.

We assist with the sale or acquisition of businesses as well as providing financial and general business consulting that contributes to the growth and success of client companies as well as to the economy at large. We are committed to providing our clients with high quality services using a wide variety of industry-standard and proprietary tools. Our services are always based on fairness and sensitivity to client needs and we are dedicated to their satisfaction.
We have devoted ourselves to the successful conclusion of every transaction we undertake. Our decisions are guided by economics without compromising our integrity. Through research and planning, we seek to minimize risks and maintain a selective, conservative, knowledgeable approach to the clients we represent.
Arrangements and Fees
We believe it is small to mid-size businesses that have the greatest need for our hands-on approach to providing our clients with close professional services. We are sensitive to these needs and have priced our services based on a modest retainer with performance-based bonuses.
We prefer to work on an exclusive arrangement; however we will work on a participation or contingency basis where practical. Fees for exclusive arrangements are normally significantly lower. Certain out of pocket costs are at the expense of the client; however no such charges are incurred without the client's approval. Fees may be based on the following:
- Fixed Fee for Project
- Performance Bonus
- Completion Fee
- Warrants
- Equity Participation
- Retainer
- Hourly Rate
